Training: A full fizzical examination!
We deliver a high quality bespoke in house training programme. The Searcys Champagne Bar training covers everything you need to know and do to be able to do to work a great shift and develop your knowledge of champagne. During this time you will work with other expert individuals in the company, attend training courses and receive one to one training from the Managers you work with.
We have created a comprehensive, intense training program “The Searcys Champagne Academy” is a concentrated training program that covers all areas of champagne...from history, production, viticulture, vintages and of course all the practical side of service.
The courses are endorsed by The Champagne Information Bureau.
